Each to Each a Brothci1. - It M. H. COBB. There is an ttdlold world of bltsa, In hating little, loving mach, Until the heart that throbs amiss . Shall thrill at sorrow every touch. We lova too little here below We know too little of each other But in th prime Of a coming time. Each man eba.ll be to each & brother. Ambition, envy, greed, and pride, The joulof man too much consume; Too few seek out life's darker Bide, With love its darkness to illume. Too few are great in doing good, . An guides and helps to one another Few gaze away To the conning day, When each thall be to each a brother. We do not hear the Angel feet That fall beside U3 in life's path; Xor do we feel the hearts that beat ?o near to ours. Existence hath So much to share with greedy Eelf, We grow oblivious of each other j And thus delay The coming day, When each shall be to each a brother. Kind words bear healing, Christ-like deeds Are prayers embodied forth to view; O fpeak! and heal the heart that bleeds! Act! and the earth may bloom anew! If earth hath lost one Eden-time, Through love it yet may icin another, When man shall be ' Unselfish, free, And each ehall be to each a brother.

The Cash System. The K Y. Henceforth no names will .le entered upon their books unless accompanied by "cash, and whenever the cash shall have run out; the paper will ; stop unless more is forth-coming. In fact the Timea has already been conducted on this system for the last two . years, and with the most satisfactory results. It is amazing that any Journal, iuiy where, should be conducted on
any other than the cash system.-
Credin is the inveterate scounre of American newspapers-beinc: utterly unknown to any other. Twothirds of our newspaper men, who have been twenty years or more in the business, have enough due from delinquent subscribers to make them comfortable the rest of their days, yet they will never see ten per cent, of it, while a good many will be bothered to raise the requisite dimes wherewith to celebrate the 4th of Jul v. Dr. MORSE, the inventor of MORSE'S INDIAN ROOT TILLS, has went the greater part of his life in traveling, haring visited Uuropc, Asia and Amca, a3 we!ia3 iM?rtn America has spent ; three years among the Indians ot cur v estern country it wns iu this way that the Indian Koot rills were first discovered. Dr. Morse ww the first man to establish the fact th.it all diseases arise fi-oia IMPURITY OF THE ELOOD that ourstrcngth health and Wis depend upon thi3 vital fluid. When the various passages become clogged, and do not act in perfect harmony with the different functions c f the body, the blood loses its action, becomes thick, corrupted and diseased; thu3 caus ing all pains, sickness and distress of every name; our strength is exhau-stcd.our health we arc deprived of, and if nature is not assisted in throwing off off the stafmant humors, the blood will become choked and cease to act, and thus our light of life will be forever blown out. How important then that we should keep the various passages of the body free an.l open. And how pleasant to us that we have it in cur power to put a medicine in you reach, vi : Morse's Indian Root Tills, manufactured fiom njar.tsand roots grow around the mountainous dill's m f-itare's garden, for the health and recovery of disiCascu man. One of the roots from which these rills are maJ- 3 a Sudorific which opens the pores of the fekm, anu .issista Nature in throwing out the finer parts of tue corruption within. Tue second is a plant which is a:i L'rwctorant, that opens and unclogs the passage to the Jung, and thus in a seething manner, performs I3 ;utyby throwing cfl" phlegm and other Jnimor3 from the lungs by copious spitting. The third is a Diuretic, rWcli give3 ease and double strength to the kidneyt : hus encouraged, they draw large amounts of iip''J from the blood, which is then thrown out bounti-1 fully by the urinary or water passage, and which could not have been discharged in any other way. The fourth is a Cathartic, and accompanies the other properties of the pills while engaged in purifying the blood; the coarser partic es of impurity which cannct pass by the other outlets, are thu3 taken up and conveyed off in great quantities bv the bowels. 1 rom the above it is shown that Dr. Mor sc's Indian Root Pills not only enter the f toraach, but become united with the blood, for they find way to every part, and completely rout out and cleanse the Ejstcm from all impurity, and the life of the body, which is tte blood becomes perfectly healthy; consequently all sickness and pain is driven from the system, for they cannot remain when the body becomes so pure and clear. The reason why people are so distressed when sick, and why so many die, is because they do not get a medicine that will pass to the afHictcd parts, and which will open the natural passages for the disease to be cost out; hence, a large quantity of food and other matter is lodged, and the stomach and intestines are literally overflowing with the corrupted m a?s ; thus undergoing disagreeable fermentation, constantly mixing with the blood, which tlirowa the corrupted matter throngh every vein and artery, until life is taken from the body by disease. Dr. I.iorse's Pills have added to themselves victory upon victory, by restoring millions of the sick to bloming health and happfcess. Yes, thousands who have been racked or tormented with sickness, paiu and anguish, and whose feeble frames have been scorched by the burning elements of raging fever, and who liave bcei brought, as it were, within a step of the silent grave, now stand ready to testify that they would have been numbered with the dead, had it not been for this great and wonderful medicine, Morse Indiaa Root Pills. After one or two doses had il een taken, they were astonished, and absolutely surprised, in witnessing their charming effects. Not only do they give immediate ease and strength, and take away all sickness, pain and anguish, but they at once go to work at the foundation of the disease, wLich is the blood. Therefore, it will be shown, especially by those who use these Pills, that they will cleanse and purify, that disease that deadly enemy will take its flight and the flush of youth and beauty will again return, and the prospect of a long and hapi y life will cherish and brighten your days. Not wholly without hope, and unwilling to leave anything untried which gave promise of relief, the sick and dying man had the prescribed remedies prepared and commenced its use. The result was favorable. In two months he was able to walk about the premises without difficulty, and in seven months from the time that he commenced its use he was entirely well, and has not been confined a day since. Grateful towards en all-wise providence for his restoration, he prescribed it for all in his vicinity who were alllictcd with diseases of tb) lungs and general debility, and in every case it has proved effective. AFTER YEARS OF STUDY AND EX. porimenl, Dr. Roback, the eminent Swedish I'h sician, succeeded in produding a medicine from twenty-three dilTtf rent species of mountain herbs of his native land, which acts directly on the causes of disease in the blood, and by restoring the corrupted fountain of life, to a condition of health and purity, expels disease from the system, wherever it may be located, or whatever may be its character. Indigestion, nervous complaints, epileptic and other fits, coughs, consumption in its early stages, sore throat, bronchitis, fever and ague, "asthma, low spirits, sexual incapacity, feminine weakness, pricking of the skin, symptomatic of paralysis, rheumatism, neuralgia, tumor, cancer, diabetes, lassitude and debility, diarrhea, and all other disorders of the organs of respiration, the liver, the kidneys, the stomach, the nerves, or the muscular fibre, are unerringly cured by this preparation. It is to the MATER1E3 morbi or seedsof disease what an alkali is to an acid: it neutralizes them with absolute certainty, while at the Same time it k gulates the secretions, removes obstruciions from the bowels, creates appetite, renews bodily vigor, and regenerates every animal function. Such is the nature, such are the effects of Dr. Roback's famous Scandinavian Blood Fnrifier, which, if taken in conjunction with his Scandinavian Blood Tills, will not only obliterate the most painful disease, but prevent their recurrence, and lengthen life beyond tho ordinary span. In the "Scandinavian Blood Fills" Dr. Roback presents the result of twenty years of experience, hard study and experiment a"s to what a perfect pill should be. No one can doubt their superiorty after one single trial. Price of the Scandinavian Blood Purifier, 1 per bottle, or $5 per half-dozen; Scandinavian Blood Pill?, 25 cents per box, or five for$l. Terit, Miania Co., Ind., Aug. 4, 1S57. Du. C. W. Roback: I have received so much benefit from your Scandinavian Blood Purifier and Blood Pills, that I have thought it my duty, and it is no less my inclination, to give you'a plain statement of my case. I wa3 for year3 afilicted with that bane of all comfort and ciGciency in business, dyspepsia. To recapitulate all the so-called remedies which I have used to rid myself of this disease, would indeed make a melancholy catalogue. 1 also consulted with the best physicians I could hear of. I was induced to try your remedies through the persuasions of a friend, and after Using them a few days was greatly benefitted, and in a short time, less than a month, 1 was entirely and permanently cured. I was also afflicted with the most violent nervous headache, wnich I suppose was produced by my disordered stomach, for when my dyspepsia left me, my headache left with it. I now feel better in everv respect than I have for ten vears. Very truly yours, JOHN S DEMUTH. Cincinnati, Friday, Sept. 4, 1857, Dr. Roback Dear Sir: Having been afflicted with neuralgia or il eumatism for the past year and a half, and having seen your medicine, called the Scandinavian Blood Purifier, highly recommended by gentlemen with whom I am acquainted, I was induced to try it, but not before I had used various other medicines. After using two bottles, I felt its effects very sensibly, and upon using two more, I found myself perfectly cured. You will allow me, therefore, to congratulate you upon making a discovery in medicine which is proving itself to be a worker of such wonders in the diseases of the human family. GEORGE S. BENNETT, Local Editor Cincinnati Daily Enquirer. Indianapolis, Wedaesdayöept." 2, lb57. Dr. C W. Roback Dear Sir: Having been troubled for several j-ears with extreme debility and weakness, so much so that I was unable to attend to my ordinary business at times, and havinc heard of the wonderful cures that your Scandina" vian Blood Furißer and Fills were effecting, I was induced by a friend to try them. I have been using the Purifier for the last twelve months, and find the medicini fully equal to its recommendations. So valuable is its use to me that I cannot now dispense with the use of it at my advanced age of life seventy-seven years. I cheerfully give tliis information for the benefit of those similarly affected. MORRIS MORRIS. The above certificates, and many others, can be seen at my office, by any one at any time.
