The McDonald family reunion was held Sunday, September 4, in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Will Sack .Out-of-town members attending included Mr. and Mrs. James McDonald, Marion, Ind,, Mr. and Mrs. George Corbridge, South Bend, Mr. and Mrs. L. D. Dillsworth, South Bend, Fred Netz, Chilocothe, Ohio, and Mr. and Mrs. James Sack and son, Ft. Wayne.

Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas and children visited relatives in Warren, Ind., last week. ;

Mr. and Mrs. Olayton King and children, Charlotte, Mich.; spent the week end here visiting relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Barnes, Defiance, 0., spent the week end here visiting in the home of Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Churchilf .

Mrs. Charles Andrews and daughter Joantha, Benton Harbor, Mich., were here Sunday -calling on relatives and friends.

Mrs. Eddy Ray and Mrs. Pearl Bridges and son, Fort Wayne, were guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Culver last Wednesday. Mrs. Ray remained here for a visit, returning to her home Tuesday.

Patricia Dunker, Shipshewana, is visiting in the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs., E. M. Culver, this week.

Mr, and Mrs. Jack Douglass and children spent the week end in Toledo, 0., visiting in the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Douglass.

Mr. and Mrs. Victor Tremonti and family returned home Mondqy after -a week’s visit in Detroit, Mich.

Mrs. James B. Schutt spent Tuesday in Fort Wayne.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Baldinger and daughter Nancy, Dayton, O, are visiting in the home of Mrs. Baldinger’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Pletener.

Mr. and Mrs. Howard Henald, Miss Clara Herald and Mrs. Jesse Kirkland left Wednesday to attend the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis.

Eighteen friends and relatives attended a pink and blue shower Tuesday, August 30, honoring Mrs. Doris Lee Chockey, in the home of Barbara Chrisman with Jean Price assisting. Prize winners were Marilyn Clawson, Mrs. Betty Cripe, Barbaras Barnes, Marianne Crockett and Mrs. Jean Chockey.
