A visit to Colorado’s famous Pike’s Peak is included in the sight-seeing tour the Misses Laura Roderick and Betty Vance, Harry Thomas and Bill Rohrer are taking while vacationing this week.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray R. Long attended. funeral services for the latter’s aunt, Mrs. Hattie Horner held Friday afternoon in Peru, Ind. Mr. and Mrs. Long had as dinner guests in their home Sunday, their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Leatherman and son Joe of near Goshen.

The June meeting of the General Culture Club was held .in the High school with nineteen members present. Following a short business session, the lesson “Oven Meals” was given by Mrs. Grace Leer and Mrs. Robert Bowlby. Refreshments at the close of the meeting were served by hostesses Mesdames Geraldine McClain, Francis Davis, and Margaret Stoner. : G
