The Golden Text was: “Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price” (Isaiah 55:1). Among the citations which comprised the Lesson-Sermon was the following from the Bible: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever” (John 14: 12.16). : The Lesson-Sermon also included the following passages from the Christian Science textbook, “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures” by Mary Baker Eddy: “Science is an emanation of divine Mind, and is alone able to interpret God aright. It has a spiritual, and not a material origin. It is a divine utterance, —the Comforter which leadeth into all truth” (p. 127). “Beyond the frail premises of human beliefs, above the loosening grasp of creeds, the demonstration of Christian Mind-healing stands a regg:)aled and practical Science” (p.

GOOD health comes from good : food; and good food comes only from rich soil. From that 'soil the plant which you later leat draws a complete supply of f_minerals so necessary for bodily 'health. There are at least 14 minerals present in the body, and your food must keep the supply re'plenished at all times. Doctors 'offer the comforting bit of knowledge that most food grown on fertile American soil does contain an ample amount of minerals. But there is no guarantee on that. Here in the mid-west I[odine may be lacking in sufficient quantity; foods in other parts of the country often lack sufficient calcium and iron; Some minerals go into the building of the body; others activate the nerve and muscle cells, lodine, for instance, is of vital importance to a proper functioning of the thyroid gland; lack of iodine in your diet may make you sluggish. Wise medical counsel some years back prevailed upon salt manufacturers to add iodine to their table salt, so that salt users are assured of at least a token supply of iodine if that mineral is lacking in their food and the soil from which it came. Calcium goes to the making of strong bones and good teeth. Iron enters into the making of red blood cells; lack of it results in the pepless condition -called anemia. Copper is indispensible in all living cells; potassium gives elasticity and excitability to muscles and nerves. That is only a partial list of the 14 elements in your body. The Jimportant thing to remember is:i 'eat an adequate daily diet of food ' grown on the best soil; that is insurance that your body’s mineral needs will be taken care of, : Most Motorized Industry Manufacture of food requires a greater number of electric motors than any other manufacturing industry. The total is 732,000, or about 14 per cent of the motors used by all manufacturing industries.
