Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Detweiler moved Thursday in the Henderson apartment on N. Main Street. Mr. Detweiler is employed by the Northern Indiana Public Service Company.
Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Sumner Dowell of Auburn, formerly of Topeka. She died early Monday morning. Services were conducted on Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. in Aubum with burial in Ligonier. Her only survivor is a daughter, Audrey, at home.
Rev. and Mrs. Ira Waldron of Plymouth were callers Sunday of Rev. and Mrs. S. S. Heintzleman.
Rev. and Mrs. Gerald Snyder of Bradley, Illinois, came on Tuesday to attend the Senior one-act plays at .the Sycamore Hall.
Mr. and Mrs. Vern Roy, who have spent several months with Mr. and Mrs. Irlin Ulmer of Phoenix, Arizona, are expected to arrive home this week.
