Mr. Edward Bourie was honored with a family dinner in his home Tuesday evening, the occasion being Mr. Bourie’s birthday. The guests included Mr. and Mrs. Harry Gates, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Schutt, Dr, and Mrs. James Schutt, Mrs. Ada Jeanneret and Mrs. Margaret Hatton.
Mrs. Walter Bussard of North Manchester called on Mrs. Margaret Hatton Tuesday evening.
Mrs. Ada Jeanneret, Mrs. Harry Gates, Mrs. Blanche Draper and Miss Jessie Kirkland spent Wednesday in Sturgis, Mich, the guests of Mrs. Howard Augsburger. ;

Mrs. John Henry will entertain Circle No. 4 with a pot-luck supper Tuesday at her cottage on Lake Wawasee.
