‘ 25 YEARS AGO . = - -Many Indiana towns are conserving their fuel supply by shutting off lights at night. Others. are économizing in other ways but all feel the effects of limited coal supply. The ornametal street light posts have been placed on Cavin street and now only await the globes.
With -the ' appointment of the necessary committees to carry on the work the Ligonier Building and Investment Company is now ready to begin active operations. ' Capt. and Mrs. Maurice Blue are home on a visit. The Captain still wears the Silver Spurs.

A number of young men have organized a club and have rented rooms over Decker’s Grocery where they have fixed things up in fine style. The organization is known as the Dill Club, named after Orie G. Dill, who has taken great interest in perfecting the organization.
