' Come now the plaintiffs by Bothwell & Vanderford, their attorneys, and file their complaint herein together with the affidavit of a com‘petent person that the residence upon diligent inquiry is unknown of the following named defendants, to-wit: Mathlena Martin, Doct. Thompson Holmes, Doctor Thompson Holmes, T. Holmes, whose christian name is unknown to plaintiffs, William R. Evans, Minerva A. Evans, John F. Conger, Margaret Brown, Walter Sturgis, Eva Sturgis; that the names of the diefendants are unknown and that they are believed to be non-residents of the State ofi Indiana sued in this acltion by the following names and designations, to-wit: ‘“the unknown huspand and wives, respectively of each and all of the following named persons, to-wit: Mathlena Martin, Doct. Thompson Holmes, Doctor Thompson Holmes, T. Holmes, whose: christian name is unknown to plaintiffs, Wiliiam R. Evans, Minerva A. Evans, John F. Conger, Margaret Brown, Walter Sturgis, Eva Sturgis, the names of all of whom are unknown to plaintiffs; the unknown stockholders, boadholders, receivers, trustees, creditors, officers and successors in interest of Ohio & Indiana ‘Rail Road Company, The Ohio and Indiana Rail Road Company, The Fort Wayne and Chicago Railroad Company the names ofi all of whom are unknown to plaintiffs; the unknown widowers and widows, the unknown children, descendantsi‘and heirs, surviv ing spouse, creditors and administrators of the estate, devisees, legatees, trustees and executors of the last will and testament, successors in interest and assigns respectively of each and all of the following named and designated deceased persons, towit: Mathlena Martin, Doct. Thompson Holmes, Doctor Thompson Holmes, T. Holmes, whose christian name is unnnownr to plaintiffs, William R. Evans, Minerva A. Evans, John F. ' Conger, Margaret Brown, Walter Sturgis, Eva Sturgis, the names of all of whom are unknown to plaintiffs; all of the women once known by any of the names and diesignations’ above stated, whose rames may have been changed and who are now known by other names, the names of all of whom are unknown to plaintiffs; the spouses of all of the persons above named, described and designated as defenants to this action who are married, the nameg of all of whom are unknown to plaintiffs; all persons and cormorations} who assert or might assert any title, | claim or interest in, or lien upon the { real estate described in the complaint in this action by, under or through any of the defendants to this action named, described and designated in said complaint, the names of all of whom are unknown to plaintffs’; that the defendants Ohio & Indiana Rail Road Company, The Ohio and Indiana Rail Road Company and The Fort Wayne and Chicago Railroad Company are each believed to be foreign corporations and that’ the cause of action alleged against said defendants in the complaint in this cause arose within the State of Indiana: that said conporations and each of them have not to the knowledge of plaintiffs any agent or officer resident within the State of Indiana upon whom process may be served: that said action is for the purpose of quieting title to real estate in the State of Indiana; that a cause of action exists against all of said defendants; that all of said defendants are necessary parties to said action and tha! they are believed to be nonresidentg of the State of Indiana. The following real estate in Noble County, State of Indiana, is described in said complaint, to-wit: lot number six in block number two in Miller’s Addition to the town, now city, of Ligonier. This action is instituted and prosecuted by said plaintiffs for the purpose of quieting their title to the »real estate above described as against all demands, claims and claimants whatsoever. / : S
Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants that unless they be and appear on the 7th judicial day of the October, 1934, Term of the Noble Circuit Court of Indiana, being the Bth day of October, 1934, to be begun and holden on the Ist day of October, 1934 at the Court House in the town of Albion in said Noble County, Indiana, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in their absence. One hundred and fifty pairs of twing paraded at Warsaw Sunday afternoon before 3,000 people at the annual convention of The Twing Association. - e - Of the 150 sets of twins, Maurice and Richard ‘Shinbecker, of Columbia City, were adjudged the most nearly alike in appearance. The youngest twins present were 37-day-old Ronald and Roland Van Kamp, sons of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Van Kamp of Mishawaka. The oldest twins present were Mrs. ‘Rosella Lewallen of Mentone and Stella Dille of Akron. They were 79.

Confess Bicyele Thefts. - The theft of 21 bicycles from Elkhart, Nappaee, Goshen, Mishawaka, Kalamazee, Three Rivers and Congtantine has so far been confessed by four young men who were taken into custody in Elkhart, it was said by Chief of Police John Weaver. The chief said that detectives are still working and that the number of thefts may mount to 40 or 50. - Arnold W. Trigg, 21; Joseph MecClane, 19, and Marion Davis, 17, involved in the thefts according to the police are still in jail. Dan Wainwright, arrested Saturday was released to his parents by Capt L. H.
