Gulick 58 of Elkhart who several jnonths ago pleaded guilty in the DeKalb county circuit court to a charge of assault and battery after being indicted for manslaughter has again been indicted this time on two counts ('~hzn'ging manslaughter. by the LaGrange county grand jury. which al--80 returned the first indictment. "The origihal charge against Gulick was made following-an accident near LaGrange in which Gulick’'s machine struck a parked auto resulting in the de’ath‘ of Twila 13-months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Claude!
