Fifield that fines aggre gating $750.00 against Wilh‘am Henderson for vielation of liguer Idws for which he wa.stried last fall have been remitted. e - . ~ Henderson who lives in Elkhart is at the present time awaiting the decision of the indiana supreme court on a case against him, which was completed in, superior court in.Eikhart Oct. 22, 1928 At that time he was found guilty on two counts operating a liguor' nuisance and selling liguer and was given sentences of six months at the penal farm on each count, fired $350 on one and $4OO on the other.
