Chicken Owners Take Notice

Complaints have become 8¢ frequent to the police department that chicken owners permit their fowls to run at large and otherwise become a nuisance it is contrary to the provisions of the city ordinances, it will be necessary to proescute offenders if the offense is not discontinued.
