- The following real estate in {Noble ‘County, State of Indiana is described in said complaint, to-wit: lots numbered eleven and twelve in block numbered four in Miller’'s Addition to the town, now city of Ligonfer. ' This action is instituted and prosecuted by said plaintiffs for the purpose of quieting their title to the real estate above described as azainst all demands, claims and claimants whatsoever. : : - .
