A Main Street Vlain Street P:e g . o roposition The creamery today is a Main Street proposition, ‘ big enough, good enough ard sanitary enough to be located on the best i)ubhu:.\-s corner in the town, and, while circumstances may place it on a side street away . from ot“herfbusiness houses, nevertheless it is'worthy of a location in the average town with the very best business institutions the town affords. The creafnory is a°manufacturing plant. It takes the raw product from the farms and turns it into a finished product. It is a c:.,>hlmuni£y rer’lterprise and as " such it should be patronized by everyone in the country side. It is a means of turning the farmer’s prdduce into cash every week. It helps the town in which it is located. Thé greater its velume of business the greater and more shtisfactdry is the pprice it can pay for the raw prbduét—-—cream. L | 15,000 pound weekly volume of butter would enable the Ligonier Creamery to pay at least 5 cents more for butter fat than it can pay on a 5,000 pound basis.
