This action is instituted and prosecuted by said plaintiffs for the purpose of quieting their title to the real estate above described as against all demands, claim and claimants whatsoever.

On December Bth 1869 he was united in marriage with Emily Ramsby and td this union were born four sons and four daughters. * The wife and mother was taken away from the home April 23rd 188§ and four of the children have pre, ceeded the ‘father as well. ~Of theése thére remam Fletcher, Mrs, Sidney Slabaugh, and Ledger of Ligonier and Will H. of Ogden, {Jtah and with these five grandchildren. <
