Sheriff Guy Emrick wasg informed yesterday by Ohio authorities. e The brothers were nabbed at Wauseon for breaking into a filling station in that city. They are reported to have confessed breaking into thd Shearer filling station near Poe and another fililng station on Fairfield avenue. ; .

When the Wolcottville ball team meets the Ligonier club here Sunday afternoon it will be like Greek meeting ' Greek. Both teams 'have been doing good work on the diamond and this has created a strong rivalry. The Ligonier team has been strengthened for this contest. Sometime ago Ligonier defeated Kendallville here and later Kendallville defeated Wolcotiville. Baseball fans will be out In force Sunday. !

Sam Sever was returned to Fort Wayne. yesterday by Detectives Sergeant Robert Moore from Louisville Ky., to face a charge of vehicle taking. He is accused of taking a car from that city and wrecking it near 'Seymour. The wrecked car is said tq have been stolen. .
