» Obituary. M : _ Mrs. Mary L. Shearer was born Sept. 1853 in Ashtabula Ohio and died Mar, 26 1927 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. S. M. Hill Toledo Ohio after a serious illness of about a month.
Soon after her birth her parents Mr. and Mrs. Mason Orrin Hubbard movl:d‘ to Indiana settling in Noble county where the family have since continued to make their home.
Mrs. Shearer was married to (he late Charles Shearer April 18 1874. To this union were born four children Mrs. S. M. Hill Toledo,” Mrs. E. G. Henkel Milwaukee, Ario Orrin Sheares Ligonier and Mrs. Carl Hostetter Ligs onier, all of whom survive their mother. Mrs. Shearer: was for many years a member of the Methodist church. Her kind and genial digposition won for her many warm frgnds. Her life as everyone knew it was eéxemplary for its service and sacrifice to others. - ; g
