Moving Truck Upsets, | A truck load of furniture belong-% ing to Charles Gay which was being moved from this city to Ligonier lSunday night was upset on the rozd { north of Lorane when the driver oi the truck was blinded by the lights of an approaching machine. His tra:v!;i i blunged off an eight foot embankmoer: | and turned over. The furniture was damaged some, but the driver was not hurt.. A team of horses was obtained and they pulled the truck back into the road. Finds for Defendant. A jury in the eireuit court at Goshen Monday afternoon returned a verdict for the defendant in the case of Delos S. Morris, of Goshen, against J-sse 1. Johnson et al., in which dam ages of §555 'had been asked., Mr. Morris, who is a real estate dealer, had traded property for a tract of land in Noble county containing 40.4 acres from the defendants, and alleged that it had been. represented to him as containing 45 acres. Johnston removed from near Ligonier to Goshen a little over a year ago. .
