- » . Investors in Sound Real Estate y . o Bonds Receive Liberal Intesest For most investors a simple form of sound security- pay-. ing a liberal yield is more advantageous than a complex secuirity paying less. 8 e Bonds secured by.a first mortgage on income-producing real estate with those fundamental safeguards of title guarantee insurance serial maturities, ete., which assure the payment of principal and liberal interest, have a place in nearly every investment program. - This means that the investor in sound real estate bonds receives a generous interest return, rather than a con- * fusing group of features from !which, in a majority of. cases, he will derive only theoretical benefits. ] We recommend Real Estate Booy‘ds‘ as a sound form of in. - vestment paying a good rate of interest.
