Roach has beey in jail ever since February 29 when he shot. Orr who had accused Roach o' insulting Mrs. Orr. Orr as recover: ed from his injuries. o

~ Michael J. Stiver aged 87 a resident of Elkhart county for 80 years died Sunday evening at the. home of a nephew T. J. Longacre of Millers. burg. - Mr. Stiver*a well known farmer who lived alone west of Millersburg suffered a stroke of paralysis April 3. Surviving -him are a nuniber of nieces and nephews. The deceased was well known in Ligonier
