Harry Snell 51 of Whitley county is in Wabash coun}y jail awaiting trial on a charge of grand larceny following a confession obtained a few “days ago from George Herron Kosciuskc county farmer- regarding the slaying and theft of a wvaluable steer from the farm of William Wilcox five miles east of - Urbana about four months ago. ' Herron also is under arrest in Wabash county for complicity in the affair but at the present time is in jail at Columbia City .awaiting trial on a charge of violating the liguor law. : e
