Death of Mrs, Bidlack.
Mrs. Frank Miller was called to Rome City Tuesday by the death of a ‘sister, Mrs. Walter Bidlack, aged 45 years, practically a life-long ragsident of Rome City, who died at a hospital in Kalamazoo, Mich., where she submitted to g major operation Mdnday. Mrs. Bidlack hadbeen ailing the past two years and some time ago her condition became worse. She was takea to the Kalamazoo hospital Sunday for ‘examination, her condition having been such that it was regarded necessary to operate ds soon as possible. . Surviving besides the husband are the father, John Sapp, of near Rome City; three sisters Mrs. Frank Miller of Ligonier, Mrs, Hattie Conley and ‘Mrs. Lydia Miller of Rome City. As the result of alleged irregularities in the construction of a; sanitary sewer at New Haven All'exi county, the state board of accounts has made a charge of $1,276.86 against the contractor Peter A. Frandsen of Kenosha, Wis. . iy Examiners for the state board report that five bids lower than that of approximately $lOO,OOO -submitted by Frandsen were given to ‘the town board of New Haven by other contractors. : Sk e . Death of Mrs. Kimmell,
° Private funeral services were held Monday for Mrs. Elizabeth Kimmell of Green township who died Sunday evening at 8 o'clock at the family home following an attack of heart trouble and diphtheria. Services were conducted out of doors and the body was laid to rest in the Bethlehem cemetery. Gl o ~‘Mrs. Kimmell was born in Noble county September 3,1874 and at her death was aged 49 years and 13 days. Some years ago she was united ‘in marriage to George Grimm who with the following children surviges: Mrs. Sadie Owens Collins; Mrs. Vera Owens, George Mary and Raymond Grimm ~all of Noble county. Three sisters and a brother also survive. -

Mrs. Ellen Black aged about 53 widow of Ernest Black died Wednesday morning.at her home in York township and was highly respected. Surviving are three daughters, Miss Gladys Moore at home, Mrs. Rrank ‘Smith, lbion ‘and Mrs. Leonard Moore of York township. The funeral arrangements are not announced. | ~ Goshen Woman Beneficiary. Mrs, Reuben Borden of Goshen formerly Mrs. William Hoover is-a beneficiary under the will of her third cousin, Mrs. Matthew T.
