~ Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of September 1923 at ten o’clock A. M. the undersigned City Clerk of the city of Ligonier Noble County - Indiana will offer for sale at the office of the City Treasurer in the Farmers & Merchants Trust Company Building Ligonier Indiana an issue of Twelve thousand dollars of bonds of said City of Ligonier. Said bonds will be twenty in number issued intwo series of ten bonds each, all dated September' Ist. 1923, bearing interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, th first interest coupons being payable July Ist 1924 and semi-annually thereafter, evidenced by ‘proper coupons attached tc each of said bonds, the first of said bonds will mature on said July Ist, 1924 and one each six months thereafter on the first day of January and July of each year until all haye matured. . i Said bonds have been issued in strict compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana and pursuant tc an ordinance duly adopted by the the Common €ouncil of said city authorizing said bonds to be issued for the purpose of providing funds
