“A verdict of not guilty was render ed by Judge John M. Raab in the Mishawaka city court Saturday even ing in the case of thes tate versys Eugene Billman of Ligenier, chargéd with obtaining money under false pre tenses. It developed the court de clared that the cas¢ was one in which two men had a dispute in reference to a matter of civil nature, the coury declaring that it should have been brought to issue in a civil action 'rather than criminal proceedings. |e e R g Go- Slow Signs.
