John son of Elkhart was in imminent danger of bieng menaced by a following car when it was stopped within five feet of her by the motorman- who had suddenly noticed that the ‘bundle’ in front of him was moving. Injured in Wreck.
L. B. Boyd son of Mr. and Mrs. Al len Boyd of LaPorte together with his wife had a narrow escape from, injury Saturday morning when their car skidded on the Lincoln Highway between Goshen and Elkhart and turned over twice. ,

Lena Austin daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mister Austin found the $2B in bills lost by Mrs. Conrad White advertised in the Banner and returned the money to the owner. . The little girl was given a reward of $5. ‘
