School Enumeration,

The annual enumeration of school children will be taken in_Ligonier beginning April 10 and before May 1. The names, addresses and ages of all children between the ages of 6 and 21 years will be listed and forwarded to the state department at Indianapolis after the lists have been checked here. It is highly important that every person between 6 and 21 years be enumerated as the apportionment of the state school fund due the city is based on the enumeration. According to the new state law all children under 16 years of age must attend school and this law is being rigidly enforced all over the state. :
