Tough Sledding.

~_Rural mail carriers have had tough sledding this week. The highways were so badly drifted with snow Monday and Tuesday that it was impos_g}ble to get over them. “"Attorneys Vanerford and Wigthn and W. H. Bender drove to Albion in their cars Monday and were unable to return in them and they were left there. Mr. Bender came home by train through Kendallville and Wigton and Vanderford took a train to Cromwell and managed to reach home over the pavement Tuesday morning. Will McGuin drove over with them in a Ford. -
