. Serfously Injured. : Hubert Fox age 30 trainman of Fort Wayne was seriously and probably faially injured at Warsaw* when he feil from the top of*a box car while switching. Indicted On Murder Charge. Harry Long 17 son of Elain Long of nine miles west of Warsaw was indicted by the Kosciusko county grand jury on a charge of first degree murder who killed two brothers by striking them on the heads with an iron pipe in the barnyard near the Long home. : o He will be given a hearing before Judge L. W.
