What is known as the Northwestern Indiana Fair Association has been orsanized with a capital stock of $20,000 to take over the property of the Huntertown fair and hold a live stock exhibit at that place in connection with the Allen county fair each year. The date for the exhibit has been fixed for September 13 to 17, 1921. An effort will be made to place $1,600 of the stock in each of the following counties comprising the district: Whitley Wells, ' ‘Noble, LaGrange, ‘DeKalb; Steuben, Huntington, Elkhart and Allen. : : There were s‘veral of the county agents of the counties interested in the proposition present and among the representatives of the several fair associations were Arthur Herriman, Columbia City; S.
