Hall Prospect With Delight. (By United Press) ~ Indianapolis, Novy 29.—An effoit far greater than ever attempted before will be made by the next session of the Indiana legislature when it convenes to abolish the public service commission, it was learned from those close to the commission. . Efforts have been made in the sessions of the legislature to abolish the commission but this one will be by far the greatest, it was said. There has been an effort to abolish the commission at every session of the legislature since the session of 1913 created it. Attempts have been made to abolish this commission and restore the railroad commission, which was abolished by the session of 1913 when the néew commission was created.

Should the republicans present a solid front against the commission there would be no difficulty in putting this measure over, as there are fortyone republicans in the senate and eighty-one inthe house.
