Harr was at Ligonier yesterday and placed un--der arrest Doyne Snyder of that place, charged with steallng an overcost belonging to Fairy Walters of LaGrange. Both young men had been making their home in this city, staying st the Lake Shore boarding house A few days ago. Walters went to LaGrange 1o get an overcout belonging to Snyder, and while away Snyder wished to g 0 to his home at Ligonier and being without an overcoat, took the one belonging to Walters. The young mea appeared at the police station last evening and decided to settle the controversy out of court” .
