. Dead Body Is Found. The body of Levi Williams colored, age 40, was found in a box car used as a kitchen for a section gang on the Wabash raflroad. The mai's head had been crushed with an axe whica was found covered with blood on. the fioor of the car. Dudley Smith ¢f Tulsa, Okla., a mulatto, is suspected of the crime. He disappeared a weex ago. . Willlams was also jast seen alive one week ago at Harlan, where the section gang had been working. When the section men returned from work ‘they found the kitchen locked nud did not take. the trouble to open it. The car was taken on to Fort Wayne ard had beeén standing oun .a siding ever since, when it was opened Friday revealing the badly decomposed body.

Sylvester Fisel, who has been fariring near Millersburg for some time, has removed to the Sol Fahl farm which brings him on a ‘Ligonier rural route. Mr. Fahl has taken up his residence in Millersburg.
