C. Sionif have taken over the maintenance of the Fart Wayne-Decater road as a portion of the state highways. The local office of the highway 0 start work on the Lima road, from Fort Wayne to Kendallville but this order was rescindeed a few hours after its receipt: Phe Fort Wayne- Ken‘dallville route was one of those involved in the controversy over the change in the route of the Lincoin “highway. ; : M. Mrs. Emma A. Deuerling, 61, died at her home in Kendallville eaily Monday after an ililness of more than a year, following a stroke of paralysis in December, 1918. She was united im marriage to Joseph A. Deuerling in 1877, and he preceeded he in death nineteen years ago. Surviving are two children: George A.
