Our sleigh dealers are stocking up with the expectation of lots of snow. Geo. Bouse of near Wilmot was in town Monday looking after his insurauce - business. This keeps George busy most of the time besides clerking three or four sales each week. He says his insurance busi ness has increased more this year than any since he has been at it, which shows he certainly represents good companies. Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Tucker will leave for Florida the first of December. They intended to start sooner but business detained them. : This town should have a curfew ordinance. Tone Bchool scholars must study hard in school to get their lessons as it is a sure thing they don’t do it fram the time school lets out until 12 or 1 o’clock in the morning.

The sixty-nine dogs in Cromwell are certainly a nuiseuce, especially from midnight until morning. Dr. Galloway made a business trip to Ligonier Monday.

Hussey & Son received 25.000 new postal cards Saturday. which ocught to supply the town for some time. They carry the largest line of any store in the county and not only are retailers but carry on a wholesale buriness also and supply several firms with cards. They carry nothing but up to date cards and receive new ones three time a week every week in the year. They have published sbme origical cards of their own design also. D

The reéport of Grand Secretary Leedy, made to the I. O. O. F. Grand Lodge at the meeting in Indianapolis last week, showed a net gain in membership since Dec. 31, 1919, @f 1,428. The total membership in Indiana June 30, 1910, was given at 79,843. The number of lodges in Indiana wasgiven at 760. The amouat of relief paid out by the various lodges during the year ending June 80, 1910, was $313,203 21 iand the total net resources of the lodges were given at $83,719,072.37 The balance in the treasury of the Grand lodge Oect, 31, 1910, was $16,-( 561, :
