A big fire last Thursday night at Goshen destroyed several business rooms aud completely wiped out the big Economy store owned by the Salingers. The loss on building and stock is estimated at $70.000. CB. Stiver, who was one of the heaviest losers in the Jefferson fire two yvears ago, was put out of business again but his loss is not nearly total. His loss is put at $lO.OOO with insurance that will cover it. The business rooms will be rebuilt.

W, Bmith of this city, who for some time has had charge of the Yaswrata of the Christian churech at Jdgonier, has resigned and has accepted a eall to the Christian ehurch at Prairie Depot, Obio.
