NASTY MESS IS UNCOVERED Grand Jury at Youngstown Finds Much Graft Among County and : City Officials. Youngstown, O, Sept. 15 —Buch a nasty situation was uncovered by the special grand jury in . probing for gra!t"fiiiinng city and county officials that County Prosecutor Beard said the investigation will be continued indefinitely. The regular grand jury will at once take up the task of completing the work begun by the special Jury., Prosecutor -HBeard said much of the evidence submitted to the spe cial grand jury was incomplete. Of the 15 men indicted on charges of ac cepting or giving bribes nine have surrendered. | Drunken Cossack Amuck. . Bt.
