The Waterloo Press is such a strong partisan paper that its editor finds it simply impossible to tell the truth, as will be seen by the following article, whieh appeared in the last issue of that paper. ‘‘The lower house of the Indiana Legislature last week appropriated $1,500 for postage stamps for the use of ita members. That is extravagant and out of the ordinary.” The fact is, the lower house appropriated $15.00 for postage, the smaliest amount ever set aside for that purpose. Be decent Bro.
