Nextentertainment, Feb. 18th—Ideal Entertainers of Saginaw, Mich. One of our Noble county editors is on the verge of collapse because the trustee of Sparta township had not published his report concerning what business has been transacted sinee his term began. The reason the trustee had not published his reportsooner is as follows: Ist, the report has to be accepted by the advisory board before same can be published which was not in session until Tuesday, Jan. Tth, of last week, the time the law says—Page 270, Sec. 353, School Laws of [ndiana. 2nd,That after report is aceepted by board that it shall be published in two of the leading papers of the county opposite in polities, not non partisan which exclude several in the county. 3rd, That the trustee was elected to fulfill his duties aceording to law which has just been explained. In two county papers last week the report was published and we hope the editor will consult the law books, which are always open to the public as well as the trustees books, before publishing items in his paper for people to read when the writer of same knows nothing concerning the affairs of the trustee. We hope the above will explain matters so they can be underBtood.

A Gentle Hint. ; In our style of climate, with its sudden changes of temperature,-rain, wind and sunshine of intermingied 1n a single day,—it is no wonder that our children, friends and relatives are so frequently taken from us by neglected colds, half the deaths resulting directly from this cause. For curing Consumption, Hemorrhages, Pneumonia, Severe Coughs, Croup, or any disease of the Throat or Lungs, its success is simply wonderful, as your druggist will tell you.
