A full house heard the discourse. There are ninny good brands of dour on the market, but there is no brand sold here that has given so near universal satisfaction as that manufactured bv Mullen, at Quakertown. The reason' for this is plain, Mr. Mullen is a practical miller of many years experience in the manufacture of the liner grades of hour, and personally superintends the manufacture of his flour, using none but the very best wheat grown in'lhe country. Also the machinery in his mill is of the most approved pattern that which has always given the very best results in the manufacture of fine flour when in the hands of expert millers like Mr. Mullen. The btrgly increased sales of his make of flour here and elsewhere uttest its arrowing popularity. Mr. Mullen finds ready sale for his flour here, at Brookville. Conner ville and other surrounding towns. He pays strict attention to custom grinding anil all patrons of his mill can rest assured that they will get the very best satisfaction both in quantity and quality at hi mill. If any of our readers have not been using his make of flour we advise them to give it a trial and be convinced thut there is none better. The nou-rcidcnt, editorl'of the Democrat, can always be depended upon to insert his long nose where, it. Is entirely unnecessary. The ! IFkkaj.d has never objected to the sale of a cigar or necessary articles in groceries or prolions on 'Sunday. The "drug store in question" and everybody understands what we have objected to the illegal sale of whisky anil the keeping of the ranch open at "almost all hours on Sunday for the sale of "booze" and cigars That's all at present.
