Frank Caldwell writes from Manchester, Ia., that his son. Fenton Caldwell, who is in the aviaticn corps, had arrived safe in Europe. Word of his arrival war contained in a cablegram to Mr. Caldwell, senior, who says' "He will begin flying behind the lines right away. We do not know from what pir.ee the cablegram was sent, but supiv.se it was from seaport in France." The Meetings . Regan Monday Night and Will Contiue Indefinitely.
