Hallowe'en Event GWea Last Night at the High Schjot, The annual Hullowe'en reception aiven bv the hiah school faculty to the students was held last night in the high school gymnasium. Almost the entire stuilent body was in attendance, all "en masque." Numberless unique and attractive costumes; were in evidence. The gym was tastefully decorated. Prof. Robert Coleman made a most excellent master of ceremonies. Prize:; of boxes of candy were awarded for the best costume and for the bes. pose made from a screened stage. Dorothy Varnti, as Red Riding Hood, won the beat costume prixe, and Russell Richardson carried off the honors for the best pose. Music on the piano was furnished throughout the evening by Miss Hindis;. School und popular songj v.er" .ung by the students.
