tained a broken leg and three broken ribs the other day when an automobile which he was driving crashed ino a buggy, south of Cunne!. Setters and two friends were camping aiong White river and were on thir way to the camp when the accident happened near a turn in the road. Setter; injuries were of a serious nature and he was taken to a hospital in Indianapolis. His two friend" escaped with only a few minor H'oisos. The niitnmohile and buggywere wrecked, but the horse escaped injury.

Judge I'arr Tried Cane at Noblesville Saturday. The Nohiesville Ledger of Saturday says: "Judge Parr came over from Lebanon Saturday and heard the evidence in the case of the Board of Crmmiioner against Harry Lavton and the Fidelity and Deposit Company, of Maryland, the latter being

bondsman for Lnyton in the work growing out of the construction of the l'erkinsville bridge. Judge Cloc prepared some of the papers in the case and for that reason did not wish to preside at the trial ;-.n Jude I'air consented to try the litigation.
