Investigations have been made in the coal fields and in the capital city by Lebanon citizens, and they find it impossible to get any promises of 'shipments of coal at any time soon, yet the cold weather is here. This community, including Lebanon and Boone county, should look after its own welfare. It will not do to have suffering for lack of fuel when the cold winter days come.
