John Coffee, of Leniout, Wi., and Frank Roach, of St, Paul, Minn., who were arrested Sunday night in front of the interurban station by Officer Hopkins were brought before Squire Trowbridge this morning and were asseniied fine of one dollar and coats. Both men are employed on the new railroad. The neighborly feud of the Durham and the Clcmense. residing on Weft Noble itreet of this city, came to light this morning in Justice of the Peace court. A charge was filed yesterday againnt Janle Clemen by Frank Durham to the effect that Janie l-.ad attempted to provoke his sister, Bertha Durham, to commit an assault. Janie appeared before Squire Trowbridge this morning and offered a plea of guilty. She was assessed a fine of one dollar and costs. Then the Cleinenses came upon the stage of action by filing a charge against Frank Durham alleging that he drew a deadly weaporf in the form of a knife.
