Kimmel and wife returned Saturday evening from the winter's sojourn at Biloxi, Miss. Mrs. Hugh Bowen, who has been ill for several weeks at her home on West Main street, is some better. Mrs. Joseph Pearl has returned from Stockwell where she has been the guest for several days of relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Beck and family and their week-end house guests Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Cassidy of Indianapolis, spent Saturday night and Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Holmes of Ward. G. C. Sowers and family of Arcadia and Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Tranberger of Arcadia were entertained Sunday at the home of Mr. Sowers' sister, Mrs. W. F. Brown of Royal street. All the guests returned home Sunday evening with the exception of Mrs. Tranberger who remained for a few days' visit.
