Insurance for Employes Official announcement was made this week by the Superheater Co., an East Chicago concern headed yb Charles H. True, that group Insurance had been taken out in the Traveler's Insurance Co, for every employee of the company. He is drafting another bill that poses to restore cities to their contract rights on utility franchises as were in effect before the fnarttneut of tho Tublic Service commission law. Dinners for Needy. Hundreds of needy families in East Chicago and Indiana Harbor will be provided with a real Christmas dinner this year by the Twin City council of the American Tied Cross. Baskets, contributed anonymously by local societies, containing everything In the way of edibles and presents for the kiddies, are now being distributed by workers of the local Red Cross. Other means of relief work, which la receiving the assistance from Township Trustee "Wm. Vater, will amply provide every family which Is in destitute circumstances.
