During the day and after the evening rush hours the East Chicago and Indiana Harbor cars will make their Hammond terminal t State and Hohman Streets. 4. As soon as the Calumet Avenue line is constructed the same service above mentoined from State and Hohman Streets to Columbia Avenue will be extended over Calumet Avenue to and along State Street.
