HEADACHES AND SLEEPLESSNESS
Unusually caused By Stomach, or Bowell Trouble. It is usually found that the beginnlng of headaches or sleeplessness or other nervous conditions is from constipation or IndigesMon or both. The explanation In simple for one can readily understand that if they e-hould eat singled food they would Immediately become deathly sick, if Jnueed they did not die from it. Tiiere is little difference between eating spoiled food and having it spoil after It la taken into the stomach. It immediately comes In contact with the blood and if the Momach sours it and fermants it producing poisonous gases it is quite natural that headachea and gent.ral iir ousness Mould ouicitly follow. Later !f tiio condition becomes chronic aer.tr.f.a nnd a guneral run down conc'ii prevail The surest an.
