A splendid crowd of fun lovers fame to the Masonic Temple last evening to attend the dancing party for which the boys of the High Twelve Clu:': acted as able hosts. IIAM.OWrrE. PARTY About fifty enthusiastic peopje enjoyed the Jolly Hallowe'en party which the Girls' Friendly Society gave last evening at the high school. The party came together at about eight o'clock in the gymnasium, where the clever fingers of a decorating committer had been at wbrk to change tha place Into a scene of Hallowe'en. There were pumpkins with gay faces banked near the com stalks and sn occasional ghost peering at the guests. Bright colored oak leaves played their part in making the gym attractive and a profusion of weird looking black cats and witches were helter skelter throughout the room. Fortunes were told and one could try his luck at bobbing for apples. In the peanut game. Mrs. Hart came out ahead, while Mrs. Funderburk was given consolation prize. The gum molding contest brought forth its rewards when Mr. Thompson won the gentleman's prize and Mrs. Funderburk wen tho ladies' prize. Dancing formed a pleasant part of theJ evening's entertainment, for which Harold Austgen's orchestra played enjoyably. The srdrlt of a Hallowe'en was carried out cleverly even to the serving of cakes and ice cream moulded Into the shape of tiny pumpkins. The patrons and patronesses of this splendid party were Mrs. Hart, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Loudon. Mrs. Fetr Langendorff, Mr. and Mrs. George Kobe and Mr. Walker.
