HEAR RADIO MUSIC American Business Man Offers to Install Outfit for Culion Sufferers MANILA. Oct. If you were a leper confined on the rocky island of Culion In the southern Philippines, what would be your reaction to the wireless radiophone? II. D. Cranston, an American business man, of the Philippines, thinks that the reaction of the 5,000 lepers at Culion will be pleasurable, and he has offered to install a receiving and magnavox station at the bandstand at Worcester plaza on Culion, in order that the leprs may enjoy the constabulary band concert that are given nightly on the Luneta in Manila Mr. Cranston has investments in the fish, ice, power and light companies at Culion, and lepers conduct the business for him. He offers free power for the radiophone station for one year. All Filipinos love good music, but without the radiophone the lepers at Culion cannot have good music, whatever might once have been their abilities as musicians. Leprosy destroys the serse of touch, causes loss of fingers, lips, etc. The leper band at Culion plays very indifferently. Governor Wood favors Mr. Cranston's offer as a relief to th" tedium of monotony that Is the rnl st Culion. ri RHEUMATISM LEAVES YOU FOREVER Deep Seated Uric Add Deposits Are Dissolved and the SJieruoatlo Polson Starts to XaT tb BysWm Within Twaaty-foar Boars. livery Druggist in this county is authorized to say to every rheumatic sufferer that If a full pint bottle of Allenrhu, the sure conquerer of rheumatism, does not show the Way to Ftop the agony, reduce swollen joints and do away with even the slightest twinge of rheumatic pain, lie will gladly return your money without comment.
