contest showed dental defects, due
to slow dentition. Dr. Schw'elztcr
said. Tonsl'.ar troublo were more prevalent In boys than In girls. The better health of tho bablea this year Is attributed by Dr. Schweitzer to the fact that more and more mothers are beginning to pay closer attention to their babies' growth by heedlnff advice of the state department, "While we are elated at the high scores of the 1922 babies."' Dr. Schweitzer said, "yet we are more glad to know that mothers are taking more care of their children each year. Mothers are realising that prenntal care is of vital Importance to the lives of their babies. We expect an even better score at the 1923 contest."
